Stickhandling and Shooting Sessions
Each session has been carefully prepared taking in consideration the different age groups, their level of experience and number of participants on the ice to create a fun while at the same time a learning environment.
Players who participate in the program will improve
their stickhandling techniques through a series of specific and repetitive
exercises with a puck.
Skills which will be covered:
• Balance with puck
• Stationery
• In movement
• Deeking
• Puck carrying
• Specific stickhandling exercises
• Skating with puck
• Passes in movement and stationery
• Specific passing exercises (control)
• Wrist shot

11 sessions $231 HST included or $23 HST included for pay as you go.
(no session on Monday October 8th for Thanksgiving)
2013 WINTER SESSIONS
